25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee,

At approximately 8:50 pm (CST) on June 5, 2010, an EF2 tornado swept through Streator severely damaging our theatre. The Board of Directors made a the difficult decision to cancel the rest of the 2010 season to better concentrate on rebuilding Engle Lane. The 2010 season would have consisted of: Christmas Belles, Music Man, Godspell Jr, Death of a Salesman, Wizard of Oz- Radio Version

The Show of Shows was a variety show put on at the Elk’s club with all proceeds going to support the rebuilding efforts.

2011

With a rebuilt theatre and vision 2011 went back to 6 shows a season. Pop!, Arsenic and Old Lace, Drowsy Chaperone, Dear Edwina Jr., Death of a Salesman, The Dinner Party

2012

The Fantasticks, Move Over, Mrs. Markham, Hairspray, Fiddler on the Roof Jr., You Can’t Take It With You, The Marvelous Wonderettes

In 2018 Engle Lane Theatre joined with the Penguin Project to bring an all inclusive theatre atmosphere to have our friends with special needs to shine on our stage with their peers. They presented Annie, Jr (Penguin Project)
